MARKETING ANALYST

We are currently seeking a Marketing Analyst to join a well-established fragrance company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and areas for innovation.
• Prepare and present market insights, reports, and analyses to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
• Provide support to the Sales team by developing presentations, concepts, and value propositions for clients.
• Coordinate and participate in new product development and launch projects, working cross-functionally with the Commercial, Product Development, Production, and Quality teams.
• Manage and update marketing tools, reports, and business KPIs, monitoring product categories, customers, and strategic projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of visual communication and design principles for creating presentations and marketing materials.
• Experience with graphic design and content editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop (preferred).
• Project management and follow-up experience.
