QUALITY ANALYST

We are currently seeking a Quality Management Analyst for a well-known company in the chemical industry.

Position Responsibilities:

• Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations.
• Perform physicochemical and sensory analyses to determine quality indices.
• Use advanced analytical techniques, including chromatography, for the identification and quantification of components.
• Evaluate and approve production batches, ensuring compliance with established specifications.
• Manage and follow up on quality claims, coordinating investigations and proposing corrective actions.
• Prepare and monitor quality KPI dashboards.

Requirements:

• Academic background in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the food and/or chemical industry.
• Advanced English – Mandatory
• Knowledge of physicochemical analysis methods (pH, density, refractive index, among others).
• Gas chromatography (GC) and liquid chromatography (HPLC) for component identification and quantification.
• Sensory analysis applied to fragrances and flavors.
• Quality and food safety regulations applicable to the industry (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000).
